I recently had a wonderful stay at a luxurious 4-star hotel in a charming old town. This place is perfectly located right in the heart of the old city center, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The staff here are incredibly helpful, with one member who speaks English, making communication a breeze. The rooms are tastefully furnished and equipped with all the amenities you could need, including a mini-bar, sitting area, and in-room safe. The hotel also offers free toiletries, an electric kettle, and a television with an am/fm alarm clock.

I highly recommend this hotel for families looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

For our new year stay, we had a really spacious and comfortable room with heated floors that warmed us up every time we returned from the cold outside. The staff was really helpful and arranged for a driver to take us around. The location of the hotel was great with easy access to most of the main attractions.

We ran out of hot water quickly and had to wait for it to warm up again. the cups and plates provided were not as clean as we had hoped they would be.

That the hot water in the bathroom was inconsistent and the cleanliness could have been improved. We had to switch rooms due to the hot water issue, but even in the newly assigned room, the cleanliness was not perfect.
